Since its inception in 1998, Nexgen Constructions Pty Ltd has built an enviable reputation within the industry for its work on a variety of architecturally constructed new homes and home renovations.
Nexgen was engaged to carry out extensive remedial works, restoration and updating of this Federation mansion whilst maintaining its period grandeur.
Similar materials to the original were used to restore structural work, faithfully reproducing the original construction where needed, and refurbishing existing components wherever possible. Honouring the architecture of our rich Australian Heritage required respectful design elements as well as the skilful approach of the Nexgen Construction team during the build and for the new complementary landscaping.
Multiple internal rooms were completely transformed back to functional rooms with elaborate joinery, beautiful Wayne Scotting wall panelling and decorative patterned ceilings.
