Since its inception in 1998, Nexgen Constructions Pty Ltd has built an enviable reputation within the industry for its work on a variety of architecturally constructed new homes and home renovations.
A fun development that took a derelict home with Federation bones and transforming it into three beautifully appointed luxury apartments with modern steel & glass additions. Blending of the two styles was a challenge to achieve an intimate relationship between old and new.
This project demonstrates Nexgen Constructions ability to operate in the more rigorous environment of medium density construction whilst still managing to maintain and deliver a single home look and feel.
